Postage & Packaging

Each piece of jewellery comes beautifully presented either in a black gift box, stamped with the My Clockwork Castle logo (if the item is from the Tessa or Gideon Collections) or in a pretty organza bag (if from all other collections) ready to be given as a gift or enjoyed for yourself. You can also choose to upgrade to gift packaging if you would like something extra special!

We ship worldwide. All items are posted by First Class mail (UK), International Standard Delivery (Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA) or International Tracked (everywhere else). Your total shipping price will be shown at checkout, before you commit to the purchase.

The buyer is responsible for any import taxes imposed by their home country. Please take these fees into account when buying. European customers will not incur any import fees. Outside of Europe you will need to look up the import duty threshold and rates for your country to determine if and how much you will pay in VAT/duty/handling fees.

Dispatch Times

I aim to dispatch all orders within 1 week of purchase. However, please bear in mind that everything in this shop is hand crafted, and often made to order, so it could take up to two weeks for your order to be dispatched, especially during busy periods. If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know in the note to seller section and I will do my very best to get it out to you ASAP.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched containing your tracking information (if applicable). 

Shipping Times

UK orders will normally arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Orders to Europe normally take 2-5 working days. Orders to the rest of the world should be delivered within 5-7 working days but it can sometimes take a little longer due to customs and international post systems. If you order hasn't arrived within 11 working days after dispatch (UK) or 32 working days after dispatch (International) then please contact me (myclockworkcastle@gmail.com) and I'll sort it out for you!
