On the rare occasion that your order arrives broken you can choose from two options. We will either:
- Refund you the full price you paid for both jewellery and postage
- Resend your order at no extra charge.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing email@example.com making sure to include the following order details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Picture of broken jewellery and packaging
It is rare for orders to get lost in the post, but it does occasionally happen. If you order hasn't arrived within 11 working days after dispatch (UK) or 32 working days after dispatch (International) then please contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I'll sort it out for you!Other returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item once the item has been received in it's original, unused, condition. Please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of the item if you wish to make a return.
